Party No.5-Lander,Wy.


My 5th party has been my most memorable party for so many different reasons. My very 1st G-spot party!! woohoo!! Which in Passion Parties refers to a party with over $1,000.00 in retail sales. Sold my very 1st Lelo Soraya! Which is a high end adult novelty. (retail price $199.00) Great great group of fun open ladies! MY kind of crowd. They asked questions, wanted to see products, and all had a really great time and so did I. THAT is the kind of party I have been wanting so bad!! I’m very very happy with this party. I drove the 3 hours over to Lander. I’d do it again in a heartbeat. I’d much rather drive south than north to Billings, Montana… The hostess was very happy with her hostess discounts. She was able to get the lelo for 1/2 price and $75.00 off the rest of her order. So it was exciting for me too, to be able to get such good deals on the goodies she wanted. Her discounts were so awesome she even threw in another item *lol*

I am ready to add a new consultant to my team again now. Almost signed one from this party. I met a gal that would be SO perfect. But she wasn’t 100% ready to commit to the cost of a demo kit on top of her order I think. So I let her take some info home & she said she would call me later on.

Feeling ultra fabulous about my business. Doing my own thing, my own way. Collecting documents, planning, printing…

I got a lead passed to me from my sponsor. And I have the BEST sponsor on the planet. She is my birth sister!! *hee hee* Okay, now that I’ve done a shameless plug for my sister Jenny. – She sent me a lead she got on a party in Billings. So, I followed up on it immed. Got it confirmed! Woohoo!! She’s excited. I’m excited.  This will be my 1st time driving to and around Billings. And my 1st bachelorette/bridal shower party too. So this should be a lot of fun! Have my hostess packet all put together and ready to mail out tomorrow. Bridal Bux are all printed out.

Tomorrow I will be going to check on a possible hostess in person. A friend texted me over the weekend asking about my next passion party, that she knows someone who was asking about me. Come to find out its someone I handed a out a sample to a few days before! So that makes me really happy. Because if I hadn’t taken the opportunity to do that, then I would be loosing out on a party booking. And I have a party booked for November 3rd.  By being a qualified consultant and having 2 consultants under me; that elevates me to the title of Team Leader. A Team Leader has 1-5 consultants under her. So now my next step to qualify to get paid as a Team Leader is to have more than $300.00 in personal retail sales in addition to having $100.00 in retail sales by my front line (my 1st line of consultants). I feel like I’m working harder at this and taking it more seriously and actually ‘trying’ to make it happen.

Fabulous Day!

Fabulous Divalicious day today. I have 3  home healthcare clients on Thursdays. 1 of them grows quite a lot of her own herbs and things. I got a bunch of fresh chives from her today. I always enjoy talking herbs n’ stuff with anyone who will listen. *lol* Maybe I will be able to get some starters for lavender and rosemary too. ?

I took a customer her passion parties order at work. Which also gave me the opportunity to talk to other ladies about my business. I handed out 3 more cards, booked a party for later on this month. woohooo!!! Last night I went to 1 of the bars with my husband to pick up a case of bacon he ordered from the cysco delivery & I passed out 4 samples with my biz card in cute pink organza bags & talked to them about the breast cancer awareness deal I have going for the month of October. I also threw in 2 samples with the order I delivered.

I’d say if you can deliver to customer’s place of business. Go for it!! There is a big potential for future bookings. They are going to show everyone what they got. If they like what they ordered, they are going to talk about it to their co-workers, etc… I am very discreet with my delivery. I use passion parties delivery sacks. Which does not display their name on the sack. It’s pretty, its attractive. I enclose their bill of sale inside the sack. And I staple the sack closed.

Prospecting #2

On Tuesday’s I’ve been going out prospecting – looking for business. I make up little samples of lotion, bath sugar scrub, passion powder.. Put them in pretty pink and purple organza bags with my business card inside & tie it with a bow. Hand them out to people I meet. I go to restaurants, department stores, etc… At least that was the plan anyway. Seems like each time I plan to do this, all I encounter are men. So, where the heck are the women at on Tuesdays? Is that laundry day or something?? *giggles*

 

Making Progress

baby steps… right 🙂

Today was a really good day. I was sick all last week & got back to work today. It was really good to get to chat with my home healthcare clients and see them. Then when I got home I followed thru on a plan I had of contacting my team members about ‘Plans of Action’. I had wanted to call 3 people today. I did. No answer. So, I sent e-mails instead. 2 are team members. 1 is a customer. No call back from her at all. Everyone must have been either really busy today or still sleeping off the weekend *giggles*

Picking up ‘the 500 lb phone’ today was easier each time I did it 🙂 And I felt really energetic for following through on something that I knew I needed to do.

Tomorrow my daughter Nicole and I are going to go out prospecting for parties. I still have samples made from last week. And I will hit the streets tomorrow passing out my goodies!
